CANCELATION POLICY

BIMBI PARK reserves the right to cancel any booking with in 14 days of it being made with a full refund.

GUEST CANCELLING

FULL PEAK - Summer holidays, long weekends, public holiday and school holidays – Minimum 60 days notice for cancelling prior to arrival date is required for full refund minus administration fee of $20.00 and booking fee. Cancellations less than 60 days and more than 7 days from arrival date 50% refund. Cancellation under 7 days notice no refund. DEPOSIT 4 nights accommodation requiered. Full payment required on online bookings.

OFF PEAK – All dates not including full peak dates  - Minimum 30 days notice for cancelling prior to arrival date is required for full refund minus administration fee of $20.00 and booking fee. Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 7 days from arrival date 50% refund. Cancellation under 7 days notice no refund. DEPOSIT 2 nights accommodation requiered. Full payment required on online bookings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IN AN EMERGENCY
A siren will go off and every one must assemble at ASSEMBLY AREA 1. (20metres in front of the office). We will keep you up dated on the issue.

TREES
There is always a risk that trees may drop a branch. Guests stay here only on the condition that they accept that risk.
DO NOT camp directly under branches.

WATER
Rain and a spring provide our water. If you are use to chlorinated water you should boil the water before drinking. Drinking water is available in bottles at the kiosk or U.V. sterilised from white hose real with the blue hose outside the kiosk.

SHOWERS
Due to the low rain fall we need to reduce our water usage.
We do not have town water. Installed in our amenities block are shower timers that take a $1 coin per 3 minutes.

PETS
Unfortunately due to the wild life and the national park around us we can not have guests’ pets in our grounds.

REFUNDS
We do not give refunds for early departure.

BINS, CHICKENS, DUCKS AND GEESE.
Please use the correct bins for your waste. We have general waste bins, recycled bins and food scrap bins. You can also take your food scraps to the chicken pen and enjoy feeding our chickens. Guests must not chase or handle the birds.

KIOSK
The shop is open between 9 am and 7pm

EMERGENCY NUMBERS
Please note Mobile Phones do not work at Bimbipark. In an emergency come to office and we will assist you as much as we can. There is a pay phone at the park entrance.

SNAKES
Snakes are active spring, summer and autumn. Stay on the tracks and keep a look out for them. You probably won’t see one. They will not harm you, just leave them alone.

CHECK IN AND OUT
During summer period check in is at 2pm and check out at 10am. If possible other arrangements can be made with management.

CAMP FIRES
Fires may only be lit in fire bins, NOT ON THE GROUND and are not allowed on total fire ban days. Fire wood and bins can be ordered at the shop.

NOISY CAMPERS
We do not have an official curfew but expect our guests to respect everyone around them and the environment and keep noise to a minimum at all times. If complaints are made from other guests the noisy group will be asked to leave with no refund.
